Also co-founder of Blue Company, Gestión & Liderazgo, Boma Chile, and the 3xi corporation (include, inspire, innovate), he has devoted over two decades to transforming the innovation culture in 28 cities around the world.

Biography

Former Executive Director of Sistema B Chile, he was a member of the Presidential Asesor Council for COP25 and of the Colunga Foundation’s Innovation Council. Today, a leading figure in the promotion of urban sustainability with the Cities CAN B initiative, he advises metropolises such as Santiago, Rio de Janeiro, Barcelona and Paris on their sustainable development strategies.

As co-author of several books, including Ecosistemas Abiertos, he explores strategies for accelerating innovation. His work on extreme collaboration, published in five collections and translated into several languages, reflects his commitment to a sustainable and inclusive future.

A member of the BMW Foundation’s Responsible Leaders community and ambassador for Hay Mujeres, Leonardo Maldonado is also a renowned speaker, having participated in prestigious events such as TEDx, SingularityU Summit and the BMW Foundation European Summit. His contributions inspire leaders from all walks of life to rethink collaborative innovation to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
