Biography
Laurent Chuffart is an expert in international transport and logistics, with over two decades’ experience in optimizing international supply chain operations for renowned retail groups such as Kiabi, La Redoute and Adeo. As Adeo’s International Transport & Custom Leader, he supported the group’s growth by managing the deployment of a transport network in Asia and Europe for 14 years, serving 45 warehouses in over 15 countries.Currently Adeo’s Business Product Leader, Laurent leads the digitalization of Adeo’s international transport chain, focusing on the development and implementation of digital products dedicated to B2B transport. Beyond transport and logistics, his expertise includes digitalization, process optimization, transport decarbonization, change management and negotiation with international groups.
Adeo, formerly Groupe Leroy Merlin, is a French holding company grouping together companies selling consumer goods for DIY and home decoration (Leroy Merlin, Adeo Services, Bricoman, Plus). It is majority-owned by the Mulliez family association.
