Biography
Ludovic Subran, Chief Economist at Allianz Group and researcher in macroeconomics, started his career in 2002 at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance as head of inflation forecasting.
In 2006, he joined the United Nations World Food Program as Advisor to the Executive Director, based in Rome. He became Head of Mission at the World Bank in Washington in 2009 before joining Euler Hermes in 2012. In 2016, he combined the Allianz group’s research teams worldwide.
Ludovic Subran graduated from the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Analyse de l’Information and from Sciences Po. He teaches economics at HEC and Sciences Po. In 2015, he was recognized by the French-American Foundation’s Young Leaders. He made it to the top 100 French leaders of tomorrow by the Choiseul Institute and Le Figaro.
