Louise BERT, Delegate for Inclusion and Diversity, has been working for 6 years on these issues within Réseau Alliances, the first network of responsible entrepreneurs in the Hauts-de-France. She has been able to develop numerous projects such as the Inclusion Campus, a training program co-sponsored with the Inclusion Campus and the Medef Hauts-de-France and aimed at managers to develop their inclusive practices. Louise Bert also initiated, alongside the Grande Maison, the Grhandir hackathon and co-construction workshops to find solutions to improve the path to employment for people with disabilities. Recently member of the Human Trophy jury, she represents Réseau Alliances within the ecosystem working on the subjects of inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities (clubs, jury, networks, events…). She is a member of the board of directors of Compétences et emplois en MEL.
