After 15 years spent occupying various management posts within the Ford and Kering groups, Phillipe then worked at Bouygues Immobilier for over 10 years, where in 2014 he took over responsibility for managing the Utilisateurs Immobilier d’Entreprises (Business Property Users) department, carrying out his new duties whilst also working, in parallel, on developing his entrepreneurial project Nextdoor, which at the end of 2014 became the Nextdoor organization of which he is now president.

Biography

After 15 years spent occupying various management posts within the Ford and Kering groups, in 2006 Philippe Morel joined Bouygues Immobilier as principal sales manager. Named MD of the Maisons (houses) section in 2011, he took over responsibility for managing the support services of Bouygues Immobilier’s residential property section at the end of 2012.

In 2014, he took over responsibility for managing the Utilisateurs Immobilier d’Entreprises (Business Property Users) service, carrying out his new duties whilst also working, in parallel, on developing his entrepreneurial project Nextdoor, which at the end of 2014 became the Nextdoor organization of which he is now president.

Nextdoor is a network of coworking spaces and advice/consulting services aimed at businesses looking to reinvent the way they work, and Phillipe will be talking about and sharing his experiences of this entrepreneurial adventure at the World Forum.
