Svenia is an entrepreneur involved in organizations building the future of work and education.

Since 2016, she has been an active contributor and builder at Mangrove, an organization that experiments a new way of working focused on collaboration and personal fulfilment. At Mangrove she has been focussing on creating new ways of collaboration and learning. She launched a peer learning program and automized it in a chatbot with her team. She has been speaking about the future of work and management at various events, sharing experimentations her team has been making over the last year. She is also the founder of LearnSpace, an Education Innovation Hub in Paris.
