The development of global value chains, outside of a proper legal framework, has fostered the development of companies organized in a network. New forms of cooperation are appearing, shifting the perimeter of responsibility within supply chains and corporate groups. Can we now talk about co-responsibility? How do companies organize these trade relations? What are the implications for the responsibility of each company? In the absence of a legal framework, did CSR became a tool to organize these relationships?  The networked firm, a more responsible company able to take into account the interests of all stakeholders?
