The Cities Can B movement promotes the idea that humanity’s greatest challenges can only be tackled in time through public-private partnerships. In an era of deep polarization, if we focus on what divides us, we will be unable to drive the urgent changes we need. However, if we manage to work together, we can significantly improve the quality of life and sustainability of our cities.

In this workshop, we will explore the four “Extreme Collaboration” strategies developed by Cities Can B to foster an environment where different public and private actors in each city can accelerate the transition process. We will engage in practical exercises for each strategy, allowing participants to reflect on ways to speed up change and facilitate collaboration in their respective cities.

This workshop is aimed at public and private stakeholders who are committed to the sustainable transformation of their regions and wish to explore the most effective ways to collaborate.
