THE RESEARCH AND INNOVATION MEETINGS IN HAUTS-DE-FRANCE

Organized under the initiative of the Hauts-de-France Region and coordinated by Hauts-de-France Innovation Development (HDFID), the Regional Research and Innovation Meetings, an event dedicated to research and innovation, will take place from Tuesday, November 23 to Wednesday, December 1. The event is coordinated with the World Forum for a Responsible Economy, offering a complementary program.

211028 RRI NVRDevoted to research and innovation, the 5th edition of the event will take place in the European Metropolis of Lille and in the community of Amiens Metropolis. The event is open to all: project leaders, entrepreneurs, startups, researchers, students … More than 2,000 participants are expected. This year, the event has been designed in a hybrid way, allowing everyone to follow the program online or in person. Several major themes will be addressed, such as tourism, nutrition and health, agriculture and agri-food, the industry of the future and the low-carbon transition, with a common theme: “Opening up to Europe, a major asset for boosting innovation in the region”.

New this year, the regional research and innovation meetings and the World Forum for a Responsible Economy are being coordinated in order to offer economic players a complete range of tools and testimonials to help them achieve sustainable change.  The two programs have been designed to complement each other and address the entire spectrum of business. Thus, the Regional Research and Innovation Meetings will offer a program focused on technological innovations, while the World Forum for a Responsible Economy will highlight the transformation of organizations (corporate governance, CSR approach, stakeholder involvement, territorial integration).
