Florence Guémy has devoted a large part of her professional life to Bayard.

Entering the youth sector, she has held management, marketing and operational management positions in both press and publishing. Appointed group human resources director in 2012, she joined the group’s management board in 2017 as general manager. Her last mandate, ending in November 2024, was marked by Bayard’s adoption of the status of mission-driven company.
