Biography
Diane de Saint-Affrique is a professor at SKEMA Business-School, where she created and directed the double Masters in Business Law and Business Contracts. She specializes in corporate law, governance and CSR, on which she regularly publishes. She is a member of the Sovereignty group at the Cité de l’AI, where she was involved in drafting the white paper on the ethical and legal challenges of AI. As part of several business incubators, she advises start-ups on the strategy to adopt to optimize their entrepreneurial development in compliance with CSR rules. She also advises and trains business leaders on corporate risks involving civil or criminal liability, liability issues and CSR. Diane is also a director of Aquavera (non-profit organization for universal access to drinking water) and vice-president of AFM&D (Association française management et droit) since January 2017, where she is director since 2013.
