12A - 12A - Auchan's Sustainable Development Committees seek to share CSR information in-house

Auchan has set up Sustainable Development Committees in each of its supermarkets; these entities convey to employees the company’s national CSR policy, in addition to organizing in-store actions and transmitting ideas and initiatives from the field back to senior management. These committees help transform employees into regular sustainable development actors.
