New ICTs have been revolutionizing our way of working for over a decade; they provide an alternative approach to viewing space and time, two keys to a company’s operations. How have they been implemented to facilitate employees’ workloads, generate savings or pursue different production options? What are the obstacles to be avoided in optimizing their use within companies? The objective of this session, through reliance on case studies, is to highlight the benefits of these tools as regards CSR.
