Ranked as one of Bloomberg’s “Green 30 for 2020”, Claire O’Neill is the former President of COP26.

She was Minister for the Environment and Climate Change and then Minister for Energy and Green Growth in the UK.

She is now the Chair of the Climate Change Department of the WBCSD, the UN’s World Business Council for Sustainable Development, where she works on the investments needed in the most difficult sectors to decarbonize, and on the leadership of the business and financial sectors to achieve carbon neutrality.

Biography

Claire Bonenfant is currently the Director of Sthree France and is one of the creators of the future of work. After attending business school and obtaining a master’s degree in Human Resources, she worked in recruitment, career management, training, talent management and performance management. These experiences have created a passion for creating positive environments where people feel safe, can learn, grow and perform at their best. She believes that tomorrow’s leaders must help employees find meaning in their work. Claire Bonenfant is currently at the head of Sthree France, a branded recruitment company that employs about 100 people. She started as a recruitment consultant. She then accompanied the managerial transformation and culture of the group as Leadership Development Expert and then as Director of Operations in the Benelux-France region. Since 2018, she has taken over the management of the French subsidiary and with all the employees, they are experimenting with the future of work by developing collaborative governance and increasing their positive impact on their ecosystem.
