Biography
Winner of the National Order of Merit, Pascal Boulanger has long been involved in the federal activity of the Federation of Real Estate Developers in the Hauts-de-France region, which he chaired from 2012 to 2015, and then at the national level since 2015, as vice-president and treasurer of the federation. He becomes president in July 2021.
Pascal Boulanger is the founding president of the Pascal Boulanger Group, which operates in real estate development (Sigla Neuf) but also in several business sectors (property management, cleaning, personal services, insurance, green spaces …).
From 2016 to 2019, Pascal Boulanger chaired Entreprises & Cités, which he transformed into an endowment fund.
Pascal Boulanger holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Lille.
