Biography
Head of CSR at Dell Technologies, Laetitia Cousi describes herself as a “TechOptimist”.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Laetitia Cousi joined Dell SA in 2003. She has been a member of the management committee since then.
Within Dell Technologies France, she has led various major projects such as
– the implementation of societal partnerships and societal activities ;
– the development and coordination of internal diversity groups
– the creation and development of workplace wellness programs for employees;
– managing the communication of Stéphane Huet, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Dell Technologies in France.
Passionate about innovation, Laetitia Cousi has been in charge of Social and Environmental Responsibility at Dell Technologies France since 2015.
According to her, technology will provide the answers to the future challenges that mankind and the planet will face.
