An expert on topics related to the future of work and alternative modes of governance, Yaël Guillon firmly believes that it is possible for companies to operate differently and innovate their practices in a more human way.
After an international experience in a communication agency, including two years spent in Japan to create the local subsidiary of the group, Yaël Guillon co-founded Imfusio in 2004.
The company, certified B Corp as from 2019, helps companies evolve towards a governance open to stakeholders.
