Charlotte is working across COOK’s purpose agenda, from community and employee engagement to sustainability. She has a strong background in community projects and is an Educational Mentor for the Refugee Support Network and a volunteer for the Robes Homelessness Project in South London. She is particularly interested in how business models can be used to achieve and measure social impact.

Charlotte oversees COOK’s purpose agenda and is experienced in driving best practice on sustainability, inclusive recruitment and community engagement, alongside managing COOK’s B Corp certification. She is a fellow of On Purpose, a leadership programme for early-career professionals identified as future leaders in social enterprise.
