Claire Pengelly is GreenCape’s Water Programme Manager. GreenCape is a Non-Profit Organisation, located in Cape Town, South Africa, that aims to create a thriving prosperous Africa mobilised by the green economy.

GreenCape provided technical support to over 400 businesses in the midst of the recent drought that helped them adapt to the water crisis, and become more climate resilient. The impact of this work was significant, with an average reduction in water usage of 41% over the past year. GreenCape also supports the growth of the water sector and is a key link between business, academia and government.
