Co-founder of Emprendia, a business transition consulting firm and the first B Corp in Argentina, Pedro Tarak is a strategic advisor and investor in Guayaki, an energy drink company that promotes ecosystem regeneration and social inclusion. He is also co-founder of Sistema B, an organization dedicated to promoting B Corps in South America.
He was editor-in-chief of “Ambiente y Recursos Naturales”, the first environmental law magazine in Spanish.
In 1984, he founded the Foundation for the Environment and Natural Resources and chaired the Natural Resources Commission of the Argentine Senate under the administration of Raúl Ricardo Alfonsín.
Pedro Tarak has been a consultant to the UNDP, the OAS and the World Bank. He was AVINA’s first representative in Latin America and launched the organization in five Latin American countries, building international bridges not only in the region, but also with Europe.
