Biography
An agro-food engineer passionate about nutrition and environmental protection, Laurence worked in quality and R&D for various major agro-food companies before joining Bjorg, Bonneterre, and Cie in 2008. He now leads the product quality, sustainable development and R&D at the level of the Wessanen Group.
Wessanen is a European agro-food group based in Western Europe, which employs about 1,000 people and is centered on sustainable food, i.e. organic (77%), vegetarian (> 95%), nutritional (unrefined foods, controlled sugar and salt) and fair trade for products from the South.
